Minimun order: 1 dozen cookies. Shipping day is every Friday.

Shipping Days and Policies:

Shipments are made every Friday via USPS exclusively within the state of Illinois. ExecuSweets is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost.

Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.

Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates.

ExecuSweets is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.

Refund, Exchange, or Return Policies:

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the inability to control how they are transported and stored once delivered to the customer, ExecuSweets does not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final.

Cancellations or Modifications:

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us through the Contact section. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide a positive experience with ExecuSweets.

All cancellations must be made a minimum of 2 business days before the scheduled shipping date. Once the preparation of your order has commenced, no changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made.
